The department's activities include:

 

• The preparation of technical dossiers for complete lift system orders, in Greece and abroad, in three languages: Greek, English and German.
• The handling of certificates for all company manufactured products with an aim at meeting all order requirements.
• The complete consulting support to Greek and foreign customers, as well as the company’s departments on issues related to: technical dossiers, lift guarantees, certificates, regulations and standards.
• Direct communication with certification bodies (Tüv-Hellas, Tüv-Nord, Liftinstituut, etc) in order to resolve any problems that may arise upon customer's reception of complete lift systems.

The assembling of materials and components in the manufacturing of KLEEMANN lifts according to company's regulations and the regular lift maintenance according to legislation, guarantee the smooth and safe operation of all lift systems and elevators.

The company undertakes to replace any defective components, provided that it is a manufacturing defect and not a result of bad transport conditions, improper storage, installation and use or negligence. The guarantee applies solely on the condition that the company's product installation and usage instructions have been followed during the installation and use of the product.
