Kleemann group continues its profitable course by concluding the six-month period with improved economic “performance” in comparison with the first quarter. Significantly increased international sales contribute to this fact, as they have almost covered the loss caused by the fall in the domestic market.
The group of Kleemann is engaging in exporting ventures in new markets, which present significant long term growth prospects, such as the Middle East, countries of the Arabian Gulf and Northern Africa. Moreover, further establishment is achieved in its traditional markets, while simultaneously efforts are made to increase the geographic dispersion of its clientele.
We are pleased to inform you that we are going to participate in "ASANSOR 2011", which will be held in Istanbul from the 14th to the 17th of April 2011. During your visit we will have the opportunity to demonstrate you our state of the art and high aesthetics lift solutions.
The Board of Directors of Kleemann intends to propose to the annual general assembly of the shareholders distribution of dividend 0,05 euro per share, which will be derived from the profit of previous fiscal years. The dividend yield, based on the share price at the year end, amounts to 4,3%. Group turnover in 2010 amounted to 90,9 mln euro, decreased by 5,1% in comparison with the previous year. For the parent company, turnover amounted to 75,3 mln euro, decreased by 8,6%.

In Serbia, signs of turnover recovery can be seen as well as improvement of financial results, while sales of the Romanian subsidiary appear stagnant.
